I am very excited to have J. Lynn by the blog today for an interview as a part of her blog tour for Tempting The Best Man. My review of Tempting the Best Man went up earlier this week, and I absolutely adored it.
J. Lynn is a pseudonym for Jennifer L. Armentrout. J. Lynn is the author of Tempting the Best Man and Unchained for adults, as well as the Covenant and The Lux series for young adults. She lives in West Virginia. You can find her on the web at her website, Goodreads, and Twitter.
What character was your favorite to write in Tempting the Best Man?
I think it’s a tie between Maddie and Chase. They both were fun for different reasons. Maddie has a really good internal dialogue going and Chase was just a sexy beast to write.
Is there any difference in how you write your adult books versus your YA?
Other than naming body parts and being more detailed in certain areas, not really.
What’s a book you have read lately and loved?
The last book I read completely was JR Ward’s Lover Reborn. I haven’t had time to read anything since then.
Your site bio says you like to watch really zombie movies – which is your favorite you have seen?
Seriously scary favorite zombie movie would probably be 28 Days Later (yes, I know they aren’t really zombies, but whatever) and Seriously funny zombie movie would be Shaun of the Dead.
You have written several different genre of books, is there one genre you could never see yourself writing?
Thanks so much J. Lynn for stopping by the blog!
About Tempting the Best Man: Madison Daniels has worshipped her brother’s best friend since they were kids. Everyone thinks she and Chase Gamble would make the perfect couple, but there are two major flaws in their logic. 1) Chase has sworn off relationships of any kind, and 2) after blurring the line between friends and lovers for one night four years ago, they can’t stop bickering.
Forced together for her brother’s wedding getaway, Chase and Madison decide to call a truce for the happy couple. Except all bets are off when they’re forced to shack up in a tacky 70’s honeymoon suite and survive a multitude of “accidents” as the family tries to prove their “spark” can be used than for more than fighting. That is, if they don’t strangle each other first…
Now I also have one ebook of Tempting the Best Man for one lucky person, open internationally. Also, be sure to check out the other stops on the blog tour for Tempting the Best Man!
