So this book was a really fun read. I loved the characters, and while I didn’t agree with some of the choices characters made, it was a fast read that I read in one sitting.
The plot was fun – I loved the idea of hypnosis. I wasn’t crazy about some of the applications, but I loved how it centered at basis of every plot point of the book. Being a topic I didn’t know much about, I loved the little facts about it I learned as Willow went through her excursions.
Willow was a character whose decisions had me on edge – I didn’t understand why you would choose to do such a thing, so therefore that part of the book I wasn’t as crazy about. I loved Mia – she was a character I really liked getting to know. Georgia was a riot – she was just too fun. Max was just awesome.
The ending was so sweet and I absolutely adored it. This was another fun read by Jennifer Jabaley. I would suggest it for a summer day where you just want to sit back and read a fun story.
Cover Rating: B – I love the similarity between Crush Control and Lipstick Apology with the face in the sky and the city along the bottom.
